CANDLELIGHT WALK SCHEDULE FOR NOVEMBER 20th THROUGH 22nd: We need as many
Scouts and parents as possible to light and extinguish the candles each day. This will count for service credit for
rank advancement. We also need 2 to 3 parents to sign up to man the tent where we will be selling poinsettias on Saturday
and Sunday. All Scouts are welcome to stay and sell poinsettias and need not sign up for specific times and all proceeds
from the sales will go to their individual Scout accounts. BOYS SHOULD BRING THEIR POINSETTIA SALES FOLDER WITH ORDER
FORMS. We will meet at the Gazebo on the Square to get instructions and maps for lighting and extinguishing candles
on Friday and at our tent on Saturday and Sunday. Our tent will be on the east side of the Square on Broadway in front
of the "new" Courthouse (the building on the south side of the "old" courthouse with the clocktower).
I do not have confirmation for this year, but in the past there have been hotdogs and chicken noodle soup for the boys on
Saturday and at 6pm on Sunday in the past the boys have had pizza before going out to pick up the candles at 7pm. The boys
should wear Class "As".

FRIDAY: 4:00pm (previously 4:15pm) at the Gazebo to light candles; 8:00pm on the Square to extinguish
candles.
No Tent on Friday.

SATURDAY: 4:15pm at the Tent to light candles has been changed to 4:00pm; 9:00pm on the Square to extinguish
candles.
10:15am: Meet at the Church for American Business badge tour of First Merit on the Square at 10:30am
Tent hours: 1:00pm to 9:00pm. The sign up sheet at the Church had shifts for the tent, but no sign up for lighting and
extinguishing candles. Please email me who can come. Boys do not need to sign up for shifts at the tent - just
come and sell as able. We do need 2-3 parents for every shift. This is what we have:
